Land Acknowledgement

Cardston Support Services respectfully acknowledges that we live, work, learn, and provide support on the traditional lands of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksikaitsitapi), including the Kainai, Piikani, and Siksika Nations, within Treaty 7 territory.

We honour the Blackfoot people who have cared for these lands since time immemorial and recognize their enduring connection to the land, their culture, traditions, knowledge, and communities.

As an organization committed to supporting people of all abilities to live meaningful and connected lives, we believe that everyone has a place, a voice, and a story that matters. We recognize that reconciliation is more than an acknowledgement. It is an ongoing responsibility to listen, learn, build respectful relationships, and create communities where every person is valued and belongs.

We are grateful to live and serve in this place and are committed to moving forward together with respect, understanding, and kindness.
